• Saddlebrook uses CPS (Capital Property Solutions) for dues management and financial services.
• For closing/dues processes, CPS asks that you log in directly to Condocerts

General Info

• Annual Assessments are $60 per year (paid to CPS)
• There are transfer fees when a home is sold (paid by the seller to CPS)
• Outside of financial services, the HOA is managed by a volunteer board
